Warranty terms (detailed)
Warranty Coverage
Dreamfire Kamado grills are covered by a limited warranty under the following conditions. Dreamfire warrants that its ceramic grills and smokers are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended, under normal conditions, and with proper maintenance. The warranty applies only to private consumers and the original purchaser and does not extend to commercial use.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use. Dreamfire will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. The warranty does not cover shipping, labor, packaging, or any related costs unless explicitly agreed in writing by Dreamfire.
How to Activate the Warranty
The warranty becomes valid once you register your Kamado grill within 30 days from the date of purchase at https://dreamfiregrill.com/register-your-dreamfire-grill/ and upload a photo or copy of the purchase receipt. If uploading is not possible, the original receipt must be retained.
Warranty Periods
The warranty coverage is as follows: the ceramic body is covered by a limited lifetime warranty; the ceramic firebox and deflector plates are covered for two years; the dome thermometer, gasket, and wooden parts are covered for one year; and all metal parts are covered for 180 days.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes) that do not affect functionality. It also does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, incorrect assembly, maintenance, or installation, improper storage, natural disasters, transport damage, or unauthorized modifications or accessories.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been damaged due to excessive moisture, unsuitable environmental conditions, or if the grill has been placed on a flammable surface. It also does not apply if inappropriate fuels or liquids have been used (such as lighter fluid, chemicals, or other unsuitable substances).
Weather-related damage to wooden parts (such as cracking, fading, or mold) is not covered. Oxidation, rust, or discoloration of metal parts is also not covered. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty becomes void if the user fails to notify the seller immediately after discovering a defect and continues to use the product. It is also not valid for products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Dreamfire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience. Dreamfire is also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, war, government restrictions, strikes, fire, flooding, or supply chain disruptions.
Warranty Claims
Any visible defects at the time of purchase must be noted on the purchase document. When submitting a claim, proof of purchase and, if possible, photos of the defect must be provided.
